Luftmeister GmbH, Kirchzarten, closed its first capital increase. Finadvice advised the Luftmeister management during the negotiations

In the week before Christmas 2016, Luftmeister GmbH, Kirchzarten, closed its first capital increase. SEIF, the corporate VC fund of energie 360°, Zurich, invested in Luftmeister. Finadvice advised the Luftmeister management during the negotiations. In February 2017 Hans Poser was nominated member of Luftmeister’s advisory board and continues to support the company.
Luftmeister develops the world’s first air energy meter. It measures the energy transported through air flows, e.g. from heating or air conditioning systems. It facilitates efficiency improvements and energy savings. Those can be analysed, documented and invoiced.
