Luftmeister GmbH expanded its circle of investors with Danpower Group as a new Co-Investor. Finadvice advised the management of Luftmeister during the search, selection and negotiations with the new investor. Since February 2017, Hans Poser was nominated member of Luftmeister’s advisory board and continues to support the company. Luftmeister develops the world’s first air energy meter. It measures the energy transported through air flows, e.g. from heating or air conditioning systems, It facilitates efficiency improvements and energy savings. Those can be analysed, documented and invoiced.
